A great vegan shake–YUMMY in your tummy! It’s naturally sweet and creamy and is just so satisfying!  The creaminess comes from the banana and the tofu (the latter completely disappears in this wonderful shake so you don’t even know it’s there!). The result is a perfect snack filled with protein and potassium-perfect for your best workout! This may well have become my favorite post-zumba shake!

Just found your site through the Food Revolution Network presentation with your husband.
I tried this shake this morning because I had everything. I just substituted unsweetened vanilla macadamia milk and can I say this was pure heaven in a glass! I would have never thought to put tofu in a shake. Thanks for the recipe and helping to transform the world through better nutrition!

Between your wit and your videos, I was almost moved to start my own blog (well, almost…HaHa!) Excellent job.
I really loved what you had to say, and more than that, how you presented it.
    Too cool!
