Cuisinicity® is about just the right balance between nutritious and delicious. It is about always trading up on the nutrition side for better, more wholesome, more nutritious ingredients but never giving up savor, texture, aroma or even presentation on the culinary side.
Cuisinicity is where good food and good health come together in a way that is actually feasible for today’s busy families – as it has been for ours. It is about the simplicity of wholesome pleasure, and the authenticity of true food from wholesome ingredients.
Cuisinicity is about loving food that loves us and our planet back, because eating more plant-based wholesome foods also contributes to the sustainability of our environment and to the well-being of other species. So Cuisinicity has evolved with that in mind (and heart!) and has expanded to include a whole new line of vegan recipes with a French Mediterranean twist.
Cuisinicity is all about love. Love of life. Love of our planet. Love of family. Love of gathering around a festive table. Love of good food, and good health; it is about loving food that loves us and our planet back. I hope you will join me here – there is always room at the table! I wish you good health and Bon Appétit!!

My sister shared your website with me because she knows my love for cooking and for eating healthy. Your family is beautiful, including your three, precious fur babies! I will look forward to your posts and to trying some of your amazing recipes.
All the best!

I listened to your husband’s interview on “Awakening from Alzheimer’s.” So pleased he shared your website. I’m excited to try your recipes soon!
I found your site while listening to your husband’s interview with Dr. Peggy Sarlin on the Awakening Alzheimer’s video series. WOW! He did a super job. Clear, informative and very practical!
Me too! So grateful for this website. Thanks Dr ‘s Katz. ♥
It is my absolute pleasure Melinda!

Thanks
I watched an OptumHealth /Education webex given by your husband, “Lifestyle is the Medicine, What’s the Spoon”. I have never enjoyed a presentation more that I did this one. Not only did he provide amazing insight, he did it with a great deal of humor. I immediately searched for your website and will, in fact search all of the sites that he suggested to gain as much nutritional knowledge as I can. My husband and I have always been healthy, but have experienced some issues in the past two and 1/2 years. Thankfully, our years of healthy lifestyle have helped us to get through what we faced and we are now recovered enough to exercise regularly. I’m always in search of healthy recipes and am looking forward to trying your recipes and sharing them with my friends and family.
Hi Catherine, I just watched a web-ex you husband gave through the OptumHelath Education called, “What’s the Spoon.” I am so thankful he shared your website. This world is falling apart with an unhealthy lifestyle and his insight and delivery with this presentation makes me want to really campaign for helping others to live a healthier life by sharing my love of cooking and educating what I learned today! Looking forward to trying your recipes. Your family is beautiful and your husband delivers a message that packs a punch with humor and conviction.
Hello there Catherine,
I just found your website after listening to your husband yesterday on the diabetes summit.
So glad to have found you. What a beautiful family you have.
Your recipes look amazing can’t wait to try them. I’ve been in the health movement for forty years but we are all learning so much with how amazing plant based eating truly is.
Thank you for all your hard work and sharing with all of us.
Ciao for now
Christine
Hi Christine! So glad you found my Cuisinicity table! Thank you for your kind comment, I will share it with my husband who will love hearing it too!
Kindly,
Catherine
Dear Christine, thank you for your wonderful kind words, they went straight to my heart!! 🙂
Dear Catherine,
Sicily Culinaria was an awesome experience. You and David made it so. As a nutritionist, I was completely captivated. I have an after-school cooking club for middle school students so am always searching for fun, healthy and easy foods for “chefs” to prepare – we have only 40 minutes. We made the Crostata Rustica Con Frutta di Stagoine. The Crostata was terrific even with some modifications, substituting unsweetened apple juice for wine and apple slices, blueberries, and a few strawberries for the fruit topping. Thank you so much for this easy delicious nutritious combo. The chefs loved and devoured it.
Oh my goodness, Kathy, it’s so good to hear from you! I am so touched and truly honored that you shared my crostata with your little chefs! I love that you substituted apple juice for the wine, what a great idea! I am overdue to post a blog about our beautiful trip together, it was such a special time that I will keep fondly in my memory!
with love,
Catherine
