What I can tell you with great conviction is that this creamy Almond Banana Smoothie is quick and easy. It is a filling nutritious way to start the day for you or for your child as he/she is running out of the house and even makes a great snack! It keeps well in a thermos too, so that’s love all around!
Almond Banana Smoothie
- 1 small ripe banana
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 Tbsp rolled oats or oat bran
- 1 cup of ice
- Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth
