Nothing like sweet fresh corn on the cob for a summer barbecue! This simply grilled corn brings it to another level!  It gives the kernels that wonderful fire-roasted taste-YUM! No need for butter here, that’s for sure!Simply-Grilled-Corn-Recipe-Photo

    Hi Catherine,

Could you grill these on an outdoor grill, then roast in oven?

If using a non-stick cast iron grill pan on stovetop to brown corn, could you put the same pan in the oven to roast – rather than putting grilled corn on a baking sheet and then roasting? THANKS, love your cooking ideas!

YES absolutely, by all means, Nancy! It’s just that mine has a bulky handle which makes it hard to put in the oven!! AHAHAHA!!! 🙂
