Pineapple Coconut Smoothie
Servings 1 serving
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 3/4 cup coconut juice*
- 1/4 cup plain lowfat kefir
- 1 cup of ice
- * I like to use Lakewood organic fresh blend of coconut and grape juice but you can use any bottled blend of coconut with any juice you like as long as there is no added sugar.
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth
