Cuisinicity Video: Soft Wheat Buns

Yum

December 20, 2015

Soft and fluffy, these buns are just perfect for my Turkey Mushroom Burgers, my Mini BBQ Burgers and my Vegan Burgers. YUM!  Here I am showing you how quickly I make them in my own kitchen–Nothing fancy Schmancy here–as my sweat-pants and bad-hair day can attest to!

(You can also see them coming right out of the oven, steaming hot on the video for my Tuscan bean soup-here!)

Here is the recipe: and a nice tip on how to measure flour, as promised!

Is the all purpose flour whole wheat or white flour?

    Thanks

I LOVE your videos, full of warmth, down-to-earth realness in a kitchen where families eat and participate in life head-on, and the food looks amazing!

YAY Greg! Let me know how it goes! Again, make sure your sponge yeast is nice and fluffly and also make sure to measure your flour just the way I do….and you’ll be all set!
