Cuisinicity video: Vegan Burger

Yum

Finally, a vegan burger you can sink your teeth into!! It’s so easy to make too! I am so excited to show you (Can you tell?!!)  because, once you have everything ready to go, it’s a cinch to assemble!

Notice that I say 3/4 cup cooked diced mushrooms is what you need, that’s right, not 3 cups, which I say in passing later on, as I am distracted by what I am doing (argh, I wish I could edit these things!!). Thank goodness I get everything else just right!

More importantly, you can see first hand how easy and full-proof it is, once you have everything measured out.

Here is the recipe: You can open it on a different tab so you can refer back to it as you watch me make it in my kitchen! Are you with me?

I totally agree with Kitty C. You are an absolute joy to watch and inspsiring. Thank you for sharing your videos. I went vegan a little over a year ago and eat mostly the same menu everyday which is boring. Kitty also mentioned alzhemiers disease. Presently I am taking a course by The Brain Docs and that is how, I indirectly found you. The book we are reading now is your husband’s “The Truth About Food” (when the book arrived, I was stunned and thought -wow so many pages but I have to say, it is an easy and enjoyable read). I really liked the recipes in the book, so here I am. Thanks, again.

    The burgers were awesome!!
I live in a small town & our Target did not have black lentils. My daughter brought me some from the OKC super Target.
So glad I tried them. More are in our near future.
Thank you for putting your recipe “out there”.

Hi, Catherine–I watched your husband today on the series about Alzheimers disease. It was awesome and I was immediately inspired to go to YOUR website and watch all the recipes you made for us to watch. I want to start changing my diet to more healthy food. You are truly a joy to watch. Did anyone ever tell you that you and Celion Dionne look alike and many of the same actions? You are adorable! Keep up your excellent work.
