Before summer is officially out and fresh figs are still available at my local market, I thought I’d create this new refreshing smoothie filled with nutrients! It is a delightful fruit-meet-nuts concoction! The result is an outburst of dietary fiber, minerals, vitamins, and anti-oxidants! Not too sweet, creamy and just delicious!
Berry Nutty Fig Smoothie

Ingredients
- 3 fresh figs rinsed, stem cut
- 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk regular
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp finely ground walnuts
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth
