Hi Catherine, Your husband invited us to visit your website at a Nutrition Congress I am currently attending in Cape Town. Beautiful story, beautiful recipe, sounds like something I would love. I hope to try it when I return to my country, Ghana. Do you think I could try it with sweet potatoes instead? Thanks for sharing your story.
Thank you so much Rebecca for your kind words! Absolutely you can try it with sweet potatoes but you might have to adjust the baking time! let me know how it goes, I always love to hear! 🙂
Another lovely and delightful recipe!!! I love hoe the potatoes get so brown and crispy!! Good livin’ and good eatin’ 🙂
oops, I meant “how” not “hoe.” No potato hoes around here!!
Hahaha Sara, Thank you!!
What temperature should the oven be set at for the Baked French Fries.
Thank you and I love your site and story.
