Even I can’t believe how much arugula I manage to put into this dish!! Take a look at my expression HAHAHAHA!!! This is a delightful way to prepare shrimp à la Provençal: fresh tomatoes, garlic, calamata olives, fresh thyme and….”a ton” of arugula!!
