I just want to show you how to use this simple tool–a hand-held electric blender– to “cream” your soups right in the pot. Don’t you worry, it won’t splatter everywhere, I promise….just watch!
I use it in this video for my vegetarian chili but you can use it for any of my soups or any soup you’d like to make creamier for that matter!

Great website. Beautiful family ! I am an endocrinologist run a Food as Medicine course at Upstate Medical school for forty Med students who desperately need to learn about nutrition .
