A simple down-to-earth dish with a rich Tuscan flavor that is easy to make and…. very forgiving, as you’ll see for yourself right in my kitchen (HAHAHA!!). The white wine, fresh tomatoes, baby spinach and cannellini beans are just delightful with shrimp served over polenta: Que c’est bon!
