Yum

A most suspenseful video footage: will I be able to turn the tortilla over successfully or will it splatter shamefully onto my counter?…. You’ll just have to watch for yourself!

I’m a teacher and this is going to be tomorrow’s lunch. Have you ever tried adding a little fresh spinach to it or do you think it would change the set up? Wish me luck.
P.S.I couldn’t fast forward, you are too much fun to watch.

Hahaha Arlene you are so sweet! I actually haven’t tried the fresh spinach for just the reason you cite but I imagine a little fresh baby spinach probably would work, in the same way that it works in an omelet. I think I would put it in after the potatoes have had a chance to cook so that they don’t get soggy. Do let me know if you try!! 🙂

Soooo, my first attempt was an epic fail. Tasted great but definitely needed a fork to eat it. My nonstick pan was pretty sticky and probably too big. Good excuse to buy a new pan!
But I will definitely be trying it again. Probably will stick to the recipe and not add spinach.

I love the video addition to the blog. I’ve been following your posts for a while, but these videos bring everything to life. You are a joy to watch! I wish you had a cooking show on the Food Network!

Thank you so much Susan!! It means a lot to me! I think that if enough people love this new feature I may venture into the food network, and who knows, maybe a producer will even call me before I get the courage!! HAHAHAH!!!
