Cuisinicity Video: Carrot Cider Baked Chicken

Yum

An unusual combination of flavors, right?   The result is AMAZING! The subtle sweetness of the carrot juice and cider combines with the rich taste of the dark beer and the fresh grated ginger and makes this sauce outrageously delicious!!

Watch….as I set the fire alarm in my kitchen and don’t even think to stop filming (HAHAHA!)

Oh My Gosh Catherine, I love this video. I am a 68 year old grandmother and I have set off many a fire alarm in my Kitchen. I laughed so hard when the alarm went off. Don’t edit anything This is what really goes on in the kitchen when your cooking. This is what our young cooks need to see. It’s not like what’s on the cooking shows were everything is edited. Your showing real life cooking It’s not perfect. I am going to make this dis this week, and yes I will probably set the alarm off. God Bless and keep on making your cooking videos.

YAY Barb!!! Your note made me so happy!!! I am so touched by your enthusiasm and positive feedback! AS the alarm went off, I was thinking for a second, argh, maybe I should stop filming and then I thought : of course not, this is what happens in a real kitchen and what this little “cooking class” s all about! Thank you so much!!! You made my day!

Hahha Greg! I have one but it makes too much noise and would block the view from my camera!!! If my little videos take off and people really want to “join me” and cook along with me I would be happy to make those aprons! For now, I just made one!!!
