    I love this recipe and have been doing my own version of it for quite some time. I refer to it as roasted vegetables. I’ve never sautéed the onions in advance though, so I’ll have to give that a try! Thanks!

      That’s great Charlene! I think you will find that sautéing the onions briefly makes this dish particularly caramelized !
