    Love the articles from Dr. Katz. So much common sense. Great article. I was already practicing some of these and will implement all eventually. Too much non-sense about nutrition out there. Including the latest “The Plant Paradox”. Thanks Catherine for posting this and all your simple and great recipes.

    Your husband is the most sensible, knowledgable healthy lifestyle practitioner out there. Why does everyone else have to accept some dogma that only their magic diet works?

    I already read this one too and it answered questions and confirmed so much of what I already thought – thank you! I find myself reading less about nutrition these days (exception: Cuisinicity recipes) and cooking more. I find reading less about nutrition also reduces stress and adds to my relaxation – now I read a good novel, hit the gym or give my dog an extra walk – so many benefits! 🙂 Thanks for all you do! Hope all is well.
