Morning Glory Smoothie

Serves: 1 big smoothie
- ½ cup 100% carrot juice (organic)
- ⅓ cup soy milk (unsweetened)*
- ½ cup crushed pineapple with its juice (unsweetened)
- ¼ cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)
- 2 Tbsp rolled oats
- 2 Tbsp canned lentils (rinsed and drained)
- 2 medjool dates (pitted)
- ¼ tsp ground Cinnamon
- 1 cup ice
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until creamy
