Strawberry Banana Power Milk Shake

Ingredients
  • 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 5-6 fresh strawberries, rinsed
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 2 Tbsp canned lentils, rinsed and drained
  • ⅓ cup old-fashioned rolled oats (dry)
  • 1 medjool date, pitted (optional)
  • 1 cup ice
Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth--about 30 seconds
