Power Chocolate Banana Milk Shake

Serves: 1 big shake (about 3 cups)
- 1 cup organic skim milk (or soy milk)
- 3 Tbsp bittersweet chocolate chips (60% cacao- Ghirardelli)
- 2 Tbsp canned black lentils, rinsed and drained
- 2 Tbsp rolled oats
- 1 small ripe banana
- 1 Tbsp natural unsweetened almond butter (optional)
- 1 cup ice
- Place skim milk in a microwaveable cup with the chocolate chips and heat on high for 1 minute only!
- Stir Briefly and pour into a blender, making sure to get all the chocolate.
- Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth--about 30 seconds
