Banana Almond Chocolate Shake (Vegan)

Ingredients
  • 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 frozen peeled banana
  • 1 Tbsp unsweetened organic cocoa
  • ⅓ cup old fashioned rolled oats (dry)
  • 2 Tbsp cooked or canned lentils*, rinsed and drained
  • 1 medjool date (pitted)
Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and creamy--about 30 seconds
